What Is Betr?
Company background and super app overview
Betr describes itself as the world's first real money gaming super app. Founded in 2022 by Joey Levy (CEO) and Jake Paul, the company launched Betr Picks in September 2023, which grew into one of the leading fantasy sports pick 'em products in the U.S. The product is available in 34 states as of April 2026.
In September 2025, Betr expanded with Betr Social Sportsbook (32 states) and Betr Arcade (38 states). Betr Social Casino soft-launched in February 2026. The company holds gaming licenses nationwide.
As of the March 2026 partnership announcement, Betr had one million paying users and described itself as one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, and the most-followed sports gaming company on social media globally.
The Polymarket Partnership
Multi-year partnership announced March 2026
On March 4, 2026, Betr and Polymarket announced a multi-year partnership to bring prediction markets to Betr users nationwide. Beginning in 2026, Betr will launch prediction markets powered by Polymarket directly within the Betr super app — making event contracts across sports, politics, culture, and more available alongside Picks, Sportsbook, Casino, and Arcade.
Per the announcement, Betr's prediction markets will be available within the same single app experience as the company's other products — no separate account or download required for its existing one million paying users.
“Launching Predictions is an important step toward our vision of creating the first true nationwide real-money gaming and financial super app, integrating a category projected to reach $1 trillion in annual volume.”

How It Works: Distribution, Not Exchange
IB model and trade routing
Betr is not building its own prediction market exchange. Instead, it operates as a distribution partner — similar to how Robinhood, Coinbase, and Webull distribute Kalshi contracts to their existing users.
The entity making this possible is Betr Predictions LLC, which has a pending NFA Introducing Broker (IB) application filed since October 2025. As an IB, Betr introduces customer orders but does not hold customer funds or operate its own exchange. Polymarket's regulated exchange infrastructure handles the actual trade execution and settlement.
This hub-and-spoke model — where regulated exchanges distribute through app-layer brokers — has become the dominant structure in U.S. prediction markets. See our wrapper platform explainer for a full breakdown.

Betr Predictions LLC — NFA IB Application Pending (filed October 2025)
Betr Predictions LLC has had an NFA Introducing Broker (IB) registration application pending since October 2025. As of the March 4, 2026 partnership announcement, this application had not yet been approved. IB registration is required for a company to formally introduce customer orders to a CFTC-regulated exchange and earn compensation for doing so.
Polymarket (QCX) — CFTC-Designated DCM + DCO
The underlying exchange infrastructure is Polymarket's QCX entity, which received CFTC DCM and DCO designation in July 2025. Polymarket acquired QCX LLC for $112 million in July 2025. This is the same regulated exchange that powers Polymarket's U.S. prediction market product. Trade execution, clearing, and settlement all occur on QCX's regulated infrastructure.
Context: Betr already holds gaming licenses nationwide for its Picks, Sportsbook, and Arcade products. The prediction markets IB registration is a separate CFTC/NFA track required to operate as a Polymarket distribution partner. Until that registration is complete, the prediction markets product cannot formally launch.
